Cancellation Policy

Deposit Only rates

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy (48 hrs). Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated

(see ‘Things to Note’ information).

Non-refundable rates

Your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking (after checking and seeing the room/bed, and paid the whole days, there is no refund to be available)

Cancellation policy: 48 h advance notice We only accept cash or cc payments on arrival.

48-hour Cancellation policy and No-Shows If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to notify us by email at or 48 hours in advance of your arrival date and (7 days before the arrival dates of the 29th, 30th and 31st of December).

Please follow our basic rule: You can’t checkin without paying or we can’t accommodate you one night if that night wasn’ t paid.

Late cancellation or no-show -one night charge but 48 hrs advance notice (for example if you pay 3 days, than something occurred and needs to run after check in or next day, no refund will be apply.

There are only exceptional cases when refund the amount 3rd day can be applied [the person is sick, a family problem, the police will take him out and so]

If you check out late, without reception notice, you will be asked to pay for an extra night, so make sure you’re up and ready in time:)))

‘Wash your own dishes’ the basic rule. Keep & maintain the cleaning. Keep quiet after 23,00 pm. Breakfast is NOT included. (but can be provided only if will be paid 25 lei and an email should be provided with 72 hrs before check-in time and date

Guest Behaviour The comfort, safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance to us at Antique Hostel hostels. Any guest who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be requested to leave the hostel premises and will NOT be offered a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents and property. .
